Premium construction

You no longer need to sacrifice beauty for durability. The Pavilion Solar EnPods are simply the best looking solar canopy on the market. They are constructed with high strength USA sourced structural aluminum featuring architectural quality finishes. We are proud to source every major component of the EnPods from American manufacturers. We also provide the documentation to prove it. EnPods are also eligible for LEED credits.

Hurricane Ready

The EnPods are engineered to withstand up to 180MPH winds. Although many other competitors will make wild claims about wind resistance, ask them for the documentation to prove it. We partnered with a US national laboratory to conduct full structure finite element and computational fluid dynamic analyses to backup our claim. Even if you’re not in Florida, the EnPods are designed to withstand extreme weather anywhere. Pair them with batteries and you have backup power during storms and outages!

Streamlined Permitting

We provide engineering documents so you won’t need to pay engineers thousands of extra dollars and delay your install. Structural and Electrical engineering documents are stamped by state licensed professional engineers and comply with Florida Building Code in High Velocity Hurricane Zones, the strictest hurricane building code in America.

Go solar, Beyond your Roof

Been thinking about going solar but your roof isn’t eligible? Or maybe you just don’t want solar panels on your roof. Perhaps you already have solar panels but want to offset more of your energy usage. Make a statement with an EnPod solar pergola. Not only do the EnPods look great with any architectural home style, they also cost less than many premium pergolas that have no solar panels and unlike traditional pergolas, the EnPods pay for themselves over time!

offset your carbon footprint

If you own electric vehicles, the energy generated by one EnPod in a year is enough to fully offset all of the energy needed to charge multiple electric vehicles, and still have enough left over to offset other electric usage! But you don’t have to own an EV to reap the benefits of the energy generated by your EnPod. Because they are meant to be tied to your utility grid, they offset any of your home’s energy use.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If there is inventory available at the time of your deposit, you will have the opportunity to purchase an available EnPod(s). If there is no inventory, lead time is 10-12 weeks from order. You will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss your site location and installation details. We will collaborate with a licensed solar installer for permitting and installation. Once a purchase contract is signed, the deposit will apply to your purchase. If you decide not to proceed, we will refund you to original payment method. Reach out to us at reservations@pavilionsolar.com at any time to discuss your reservation status.

  • Costs vary depending on site location and conditions. In south Florida, an average installed cost including 30% tax credit would be around $28k to $31k. Contact us for a free estimate. *Images on this page show optional wood panels and top skirt around panels which are an additional cost.

  • Installations have begun and although the EnPods can be delivered as a complete kit anywhere in the USA, initial solar installer partnerships are focused on Florida, Texas, California, and North Carolina. Anyone looking to purchase in other states, feel free to reach out and we will work with you on finding an appropriate and qualified installer.

  • This depends on your utility cost per kWh and geographic location. Contact us for an estimation of energy production and savings. As an example, each EnPod can produce between 7500 and 9000kWh in south Florida. According to the US EIA, the average American home consumes 10,791kWh per year or about 899kWh per month. With this level of consumption, one EnPod would save you you around 75% on your electricity bill. If you have higher usage or are planning on increased usage from an EV or other electrification, you could consider multiple EnPods since they are modular.

If you do have the experience and resources to DIY, please contact us for pricing and assembly instructions for the structure itself.

  • Yes! Pairing the EnPods with battery storage provides backup power during outages and emergencies. Your preferred installer will guide you through the options for battery storage.

  • No! The EnPods generate energy that will offset your energy consumption regardless of whether you own an electric vehicle. • EnPods can be placed anywhere on your property with sufficient space and solar exposure (i.e. minimal shading)

  • Yes! This is a very common request from homeowners that want to offset more of their energy use but have no more roof space or just want to add an EnPod to their existing system.
